LPN or RN
Busy OB-GYN practice looking for motivated LPN or RN. OB-GYN experience preferred. Pleasant work environment. Candidate must be autonomous, a team player, and very organized.
36-Hour Work Week. We close early on Fridays! No on-call or weekends are required!
Summary of Skills Needed:
- Skill in screening and directing patients pleasantly and expeditiously.
- Exceptional customer service and phone etiquette.
- Skill in customer service by pleasantly dealing with all patients and effectively serving as a practice liaison.
- The ability to work effectively with minimal supervision and initiative in problem-solving.
- Ability to maintain effective and organized systems in ensuring timely patient flow in and out of examination rooms.
General Summary of Duties:
- Responsible for assisting physicians with patient care and procedures.
- Triage phone calls.
- Schedule and authorize surgeries.
- Clerical, OSHA, and organizational tasks.
- Responsible for timely patient flow throughout physician encounters.
- Conveys a positive image of the practice.
